Airlines4K Invest completes takeover of Adria AirwaysGerman-based restructuring specialist 4K Invest (AA International Aviation Holding) has completed the takeover of Slovenian flag carrier Adria Airways. “We can confirm that a resolution was adopted at the shareholders meeting held in July that all [remaining] shares of the company, which are not owned by the main shareholder AA International Holding [which holds a 99.14% share] shall be transferred to the main shareholder in return for payment,” a spokesperson confirmed.

These additional services, along with new service to San Jose, give JetBlue nine new daily departures from Long Beach.
