AerCap signs lease agreement with AirSial for 3 Airbus A320s
AerCap Holdings N.V. has announced it has signed an agreement with AirSial Limited, a privately-owned Pakistani startup airline, for the lease of three used Airbus A320 aircraft.
The aircraft are scheduled to deliver in the second quarter of 2020 and will be the first aircraft to be delivered to the airline.

Fly AllWays expands with two new routes in the Caribbean
Fly AllWays (Paramaribo) is expanding in the Caribbean.
On November 28, 2019 the airline arrived in Camaguey, Cuba. The airline is also serving Havana and Santiago, Cuba.

LOT Polish Airlines is coming to Washington Dulles
Starting on June 2, 2020, LOT Polish will connect two capital cities – Warsaw and Washington, D. C.!
The nonstop flight will be operated three times a week (on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday) on board a very comfortable Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Alaska Airlines pushes back Boeing 737-9 MAX 9 inaugural to April 21, 2020
Alaska Airlines has pushed back it Boeing 737-9 MAX 9 inaugural from March 19 to April 21, 2020 according to Airline route.
The date is subject to FAA re-certification.
The new type will be put into service from the Seattle/Tacoma hub to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Diego.

SF Airlines opens a second route to India

Germany's TUI fly talks to major German airports for 787 ops
Last month TUI fly (Germany) (X3, Hanover) indicated that it was intending to launch long-haul flights to the Caribbean and Mexico as part of its Winter 2020/21 flying programme, however, the German origin of these services was not discussed by the leisure airline at the time.

Heathrow Could Have Become Churchill Airport But Plans Never Moved Ahead
Newly public documents reveal that former British Prime Minister John Major was interested in renaming Heathrow Airport after wartime leader Winston Churchill but never moved forward on the idea.
Documents released Tuesday show that Major considered the idea in 1996 after receiving a letter urging him to drop the “stupid” name of Heathrow from the UK’s busiest airport.
