German labor courts deny Lufthansa request to end week-long strike
Lufthansa has canceled 933 out of 3,000 flights on Thursday, Nov. 12, due to a week-long cabin crew strike, after two labor courts denied a request to end the action. According to Lufthansa, 107,000 passengers have been affected.

Airbus confident for A320neo on-time first delivery
Airbus is on schedule to deliver the first A320neo by end of 2015 as planned, an Airbus executive confirmed Friday.
Qatar Airways is due to receive its first A320neo, a more efficient re-engined version, in December. Akbar Al Baker said last week on the sidelines of the Dubai Air Show that he was “optimistic” the aircraft would arrive before the end of the year, but he had a concern relating to the Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engine.

While being the 22nd 777-300ER in EVA’s fleet, the new aircraft debuts EVA’s new livery design and corporate identity. GOL widens losses in 3Q; defers adding new 737s
São Paulo-based low-cost-carrier GOL reported a 2015 third-quarter net loss of BRL2.1 billion ($512 million), widened from a net loss of BRL245.1 million in the year-ago quarter.
In a statement to shareholders, GOL CEO Paulo Sérgio Kakinoff said he attributed the loss to due to the depreciation of the real and the resulting exchange rate variation of liabilities in US dollars.
