Them's T-45 Goshawks, a licence built version of the Hawk adapted for carrier training and assembled in the US by MD: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-45_Goshawk

Check out the CONA paint schemes for the T-45... I am about to build a model of the Kingsville bird.

The differences between the T-45 and the Hawk are pretty significant.
