Very simple question. Which one do you like the most? Two that smell good on me are the cheap Stetson Black and the slightly more expensive Giorgio Armani Code.
Zak (netAirspace FAA) 06 Feb 13, 20:47Post
I've got two favorites - Armani Code, and Joop! Homme (the classic red one).

Both tend to work rather well the ladies... {angel}

Two for or Armani Code! Pretty cool. Never tried Joop.
Others I've been meaning to try or buy:
Gucci Guilty (Queso recommends)
Mont Blanc Legend, Queso recommends
Perry Ellis Night Queso recommends
Hugo Boss Boss
Yves St. Laurant L'Homme (Nice but not sure it's masculine enough.

Armani Code didn't work that well for me, it smells "dark" and didn't attract many women. Not to mention, I didn't like it that much myself.

Joop is very good, been wearing it since the early 90's. It has a very sweet smell.

Gucci Guilty- Women tell me all the time how good I smell when I wear it, even behind the counter at Subway. It's strong, so go easy on it at first. Gucci Guilty never failed to "deliver" during my crazy dating life, 100% success rate. ;)

Mont Blanc Legend is very good as well, although it won't last all day like a decent dose of Gucci will.

Perry Ellis Night is very good, and long-lasting. It also delivers and will get you lots of compliments.

Versace Man is what snagged my wife on our first date. She definitely appreciates a good-smelling man, and that did the trick. But her favorite is Mont Blanc.

Abercrombie And Fitch Fierce has a very deep scent and does it's job pretty well. It seems younger women like it better than more mature ones.

I have been wearing Halston Z-14 since 1984, it's a good every day cologne with a unique scent that is long lasting and not expensive, although I haven't used it as much recently.

Lagerfeld Original sucks. Period.

Albert Sung Hei is a very good cologne, excellent for formal occasions.

Drakkar Noir is a good everyday frag, and lasts pretty well.

These are just the ones I have on my bathroom shelf right now, I'll post more as I think about them.

For me, Drakkar Noir didn't work, and oddly Acqua di Gio wasn't anyone's fave.

Others:
Burberry Brit: Ok, is fine on me.
Hugo Boss Element: Heard good things
Nautica Aqua Rush: This is ok, have only worn it once, a bit too soapy, one girl said it gave her a headache even in minute doses.
D&G The One: Never tried, heard mixed things, maybe a bit too "hip" for me.
Bvlgari Aqva: Forgettable but easy.
Davidoff Cool Water: NEVER WASTE MONEY ON THIS. I have not met a single person who liked it on me.
Swiss Army: Haven't tried.
Curve: Never worn it, smells kinda nice.

Next purchase will likely be Cucci Guilty since female opinions mirrored what Queso said. {thumbsup}

The blue or the yellow Versace? I totally love the yellow one, but I am yet to find another human (be it male, female or anything in between :)) ) who would also seem to like it.

It's this one I have:

So you say a town in Germany stinks? {boggled}

Never worn cologne. Never had the need to. Always thought it stunk, regardless of type. Old Spice Deodorant always does the job. :))

Maybe I have no class.

Maybe I should shut up. {shy}

The blue or the yellow Versace?

Blue. I don't care much for the yellow, either.

Stetson Original.

I don't remember ever trying anything else. I haven't even worn the Stetson in...maybe a year or so.

That's kinda why I like this one. More often than not, if I can remember the scent of a cologne, it's not a good sign.

I'm not one for scents. They're really frowned upon for healthcare workers for a number of reasons. I even use unscented anti-perspirant. The last time I used a cologne was about six years ago and it was my old standby, Stetson.

Its funny the best smelling men's product to me is Old Spice because my father used to always wear it when I was younger. Seeing that it is frowned upon.....

I like Jean Paul Gautier but it is dissapointing that it wears off very quickly so I only use it every now and then.

I have been wearing Pi by Givenchy nowadays. Its a lasting masculine smell that isn't too overbearing, much like Queso after a prolonged and dusty gun meet.

I shower daily, and practice good hygiene. Have never worn cologne, and it has never hindered my social life. :))
At home in the PNW and loving it

You should give the Italian shower a try, it gives you more time to sleep in. :))

Tried this recently. Amazing. My last date really liked the Armani Code, though...

Absolute favorite: Eau d'Hadrian Fresh citrus, elegant.

My standby is Eau d'Orange Verte by Hermes

Interesting, PA. I've never tried those. The JV Artisan is a citrus sorta smell with ginger. Very natural but masculine enough.

I followed your recommendation and got myself Gucci Guilty. Pretty strong, indeed, but I like it. And so do the female colleagues in the office, or so it seems. {cheerful}
