Here's an interesting news story that has taken on somewhat of a life of it's own judging by the commentary left on the source's website. Interesting viewpoints there.
http://www.oaoa.com/news/assaulted-3314 ... ually.htmlA woman reported to the Odessa Police Department that she was sexually assaulted Wednesday.
At 11:01 a.m., officers visited a woman in central Odessa who said she was sexually assaulted around 10:30 a.m., a police department news release stated.
The woman said she and another juvenile female were walking near the area of Dixie Boulevard and 10th Street when a man offered the two a ride, the release said.
Instead of taking her home, the man drove her to an isolated area near the south side of town and sexually assaulted her, the release stated. The juvenile was not assaulted or harmed.
The suspect is described as a 35 to 40-year-old Hispanic man weighing approximately 230 pounds. He is 5 feet 2 inches tall, has brown hair with slight gray in the front and has brown eyes. He was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans and had a tan line around his eyes.
The suspect's vehicle is described as a 2005 to 2007 red Ford four-door pickup with black running boards. A white trailer with a silver stripe was attached to the truck and there were mattresses in the bed of the truck.
So the juvenile was not harmed or assaulted, where was she when the assault was taking place? She didn't go to a neighboring house to call the police or ask for assistance?
And was the woman who was raped just asking for this to happen because she accepted a ride from a complete stranger?
My opinion? Buyer's remorse- She took the ride, the guy seemed sexy to her and she consented to having sex with him, then found out he was married or something and later claimed it was rape.
What do you think?
Slider... <sniff, sniff>... you stink.
