So my 15 year old brother got his first summer job at the Boy Scout camp. Well, tonight I got a very irate text from him saying he was getting tons of flack from the 20 +/- year old staff. Everything from pranks, to undermining him while he is trying to work, he runs the scout craft center to threats. My father is on the local board. And im in with the board as well as being an Eagle. I think tomorrow is time for some ass kickery. My brother may be 15, and a bit annoying like all younger brothers, but dammit, he's still my little bro.

Rethink that. Before you decide to go kick some ass, talk to the other idiots.

Here's an old adage . . . . there are three sides to every story, what "A" said, what "B" said, and what really happened.

Even better, get 'em all in the same grid square and have a go at them all at once. Moderate it. One person talk at a time, period. Start with one of assholes and then go to your brother. Pick the asshole least likely to lie FIRST, or the one that is least likely the 'leader', otherwise the other assholes will follow his lead.

Find out the bottom line before you look like a fool.

And if it turns out the skullduggery is unfounded, THEN let 'em have it.

Based on the names my brother has ticked, ie named off, its the typical a-holes I went to camp with. Aholes then, aholes now. That also said, last summer he was jr-staff and he got the whole "initiation" thing done, ie: bunk on top of the cabin, shit like that. Now its getting progressively worse. However, I do plan to meet with the ADULT directors I know first to get the whole story. Ass kickery is on standby.
