I think the head and neck are reversed. Neck tattoos will never have jobs that pay taxes.. Face tattoos are in jail (or on their way back to jail)- because they are almost always gang related.

I can imagine the year is 2060. Nursing homes are filled with people who are now in their 20's and 30's. And the nurses are trying to figure out WTF people were thinking in 2005 to get all those tattoos, which are deformed due to normal shifting of weight and skin stretching.

Point taken, but tattoos on a wrinkly ginger complexion? Hell no.

Depends on too many factors - but in general tatoos in blemished or wrinkled skin do just look daft. I've thought about getting one in the 'socially acceptable rebellious zone', but I can't make up my mind and therefore I'm not going to bother.
