Another gigantic crop photo that I just thought was cool. Not sure what he was doing - did a bunch of turns and such a few miles away. Maybe trying to lose altitude, as ended up having to go around. (50D + 70-200 F4L)

I have heard that often those turns are made to create enough separation between two aircrafts.

Could be, though I don't think he was that close behind another aircraft. There certainly wasn't anyone on the ruwnay when he went around.
