The DHS Customs and Border Patrol evacuated two of their WP-3D Orions from their Craig Field, Jacksonville FL to MSY to avoid Hurricane Irma. The CPB uses them to patrol the Gulf of Mexico and Florida waters for drug smuggling activities.
