The IAF is using kinetic weapons as a warning for the inhabitants of buildings to get out of Dodge before the doom comes down.

And let's get one thing straight. There's a big difference between a pilot and an aviator. One is a technician; the other is an artist in love with flight. — E. B. Jeppesen

I am thinking they are using GBU-12s. 500# with a very short delay to get some penetration. The GBU-10 (2,000#) would take out the building next door as well.

Spice 250s are also a possibility. I would think that two GBU-12s would have greater blast damage than what was seen but who knows?
