You have indeed saved a great deal of money. OTOH, those of us who have Ipods and XM Sirius never have to listen to insipid commercials, and we listen to the music we want to listen to. Moreover, I've heard numerous artists on XM I would have never discovered on terrestrial commercial radio, which plays the same crap over and over again. Then I go to Itunes and purchase their music. Good deal for both of us.

I've only rented a car that had Sirius installed, but I went through it thoroughly and found it could suit just about anyone's palate. If you ever try it, you might find a station or two where you'd keep it. I may get it for myself sometime soon.

Actually, itunes changed the pricing structure. ALL songs now have the DRM removed, and the songs are priced at $1.29 (read, any new and/or popular songs) $0.99 and $0.69 (which i've yet to find).
