I just got this from BA Executive Club. Don't know if it's a personal code but it might help someone out (sorry Martin!).
It’s time to book your next escape. British Airways is offering a 20% discount on all World Traveller and World Traveller Plus flights to the USA and Canada*.

Book by 31 October 2014 at ba.com and travel up to 30 April 2015.

BOOK NOW

How to take advantage of this offer

1) Visit ba.com, choose your destination, then book your World Traveller or World Traveller Plus flights to the USA or Canada

2) At the second stage of the booking process, simply enter the promotion code HWJ395LHSHS into the marked box on the "Price" page

3) Sit back, relax and look forward to your flight
My friend and I applied for airline jobs in Australia, but they didn't Qantas.

And let's get one thing straight. There's a big difference between a pilot and an aviator. One is a technician; the other is an artist in love with flight. — E. B. Jeppesen

Did anyone get confirmations for the ramp tours?
mhodgson (ATC & Photo Quality Screener & Founding Member) 28 Dec 14, 22:44Post
I got confirmation when I booked that I was down for the MIA tour and reserve for the FLL one, nothing since then.

i was asked for my date of birth today for MIA.. but no information about FLL
miamiair (netAirspace FAA) 07 Jan 15, 21:12Post
FLL is full. There have been several cancellations. We've been going through the standby list. FLL does not require a DOB.

I hope the tours went well. I'm still pissed I was stuck working this week. {grumpy}

Went well. Weather wasn't the best but the sun came out at times.

Traffic in MIA was low on the spots my bus took us (there were as always two buses), but it improved markedly as dusk set in. With higher ISO we were then able to continue.

FLL was very nice. We were on the tarmac close to the parked Azul A330. The had brought their flagship in a beautiful livery.

Many thanks to the organization team for making such an event possible, see you next year !

Just made it home after a decent trip back, though I'm very tired despite sleeping on BA208 - I stepped on board my flight to MAN obviously very jetlagged and the crew took one look at me and asked if I was OK!

The trip was excellent for this first timer, and I'm already hoping to make it back next year! My thanks go to Vic and the organising committee for such a great experience, as well as the staff at FLL and MIA who went well above and beyond what I would have expected from their respective tours.

Hmmmmmm..

It passed through a ray of sunlight. Every photo in this sequence before is dark, and every one after is dark...

Hi there,
I am home since yesterday morning and after recovering a bit from the jetlag it is time to thank for the organization of this event. It was a blast.
And I also would like to Thank MDAD,BCAD, Azul and American Airlines for making this possible.
