The app I use shows the weather looking pretty good, though it is still a long range forecast so probably not too accurate.

For what it's worth, every year I've found that the really cheap flights start a couple of weeks after the usual date, so early February might mean big savings for those of us on the wrong side of the pond.

The fares for february are really good indeed, let's hope that the hotel rates would be cheaper as well...
