Another aviation video is about to go viral:



It does look legit at first glance, but it is indeed a cgi / special effects video.

The most obvious giveaway is the link on the winglet, that does not read "southwest.com", but instead "branit.com". This leads to the homepage of CGI expert Bruce Branit, who made other aviation videos before, like the famous "405: The Movie":

It did look just a little too much like the early false scare scene from a disaster movie to me. I hadn't spotted the change to the Southwest logo at that point.
A million great ideas...
