First year in Chicago. I went down to the lakefront yesterday and took some pictures but I was too lazy last night to upload them. So for now here are a few taken from the work on the 27th floor with my camera phone. The building with the statue on top is the Chicago Board of Trade (statue is Roman goddess Ceres). All of are the Blue Angels although admittedly it's poor poor work.

When I get a little less lazy I'll post a few taken with my Sony down at the lake shore. I actually surprised myself with some rather decent shots.
What's the point of an open door policy if inside the open door sits a closed mind?

So you're working at Sodom on Wacker Drive eh? Say hi to JGPH1A who is in that area - at least living in the big Windy right now.

Anyway, better you than me. There's more people on 10 floors of that place than in 100sq miles of where I am at the moment. :) Perfect.
LET'S GO BRANDON!!!!

I saw them practicing on Friday. Went down Lakeshore Drive after going to Hot Doug's. Would not care to see that show. Talk about population density. Yuck.
And let's get one thing straight. There's a big difference between a pilot and an aviator. One is a technician; the other is an artist in love with flight. — E. B. Jeppesen

Saturday I sat just south of Belmont Harbor and there was plenty of room not to mention some of that density wasn't bad looking at all!! ;) It was at the north end of the box so the aircraft were going by a lot closer than farther south towards North Beach and Navy Pier. I'll get off my lazy hind end tonight and get some pictures posted from Saturday.

Well better late than never.

That's not haze or fog, it's smoke.

Nice pics.
