That was one poorly plane. It was still there when I took the hire car back the next day and looked like it would be there a good while longer.

IIRC, I read somewhere that they ferried it back 4 days later. I assume it wasn't easy to land. No nosewheel steering, and from the pics it looks as if the rudder was inop as well.
