„D-ABOC“ is the former ELAL 4X-ATB, donated to Lufthansa 1986 for display in the terminal area (the real D-ABOC was WFU at Tripoli in the early 1980's). Its a shame what the Berlin Airport has done with the gift.

Hate seing this happen to such a dignified bird, someone or instutution needs to step up and rescue this beauty.

Couldn't agree with braniffman more. This thing should be restored as a a centrepiece for BER when it's finally opened.
