Hopefully you guys can see this, but if not, Google is your friend. The conversation with ATC is noteworthy.

Guy lands a Caravan at PBI having never sticked a rudder before. I thought this impressive.

I give the guy credit for remaining calm. I also give him credit for figuring out the radio, that can be the most confusing thing of all on some aircraft. The 208 is a pretty docile aircraft. Getting it lined up on the centerline would be a real challenge, but he seemed to do OK with the initial descent, in other words he didn't end up in a power dive. Again, remaining calm and mentally collected in the face of serious adversity was his biggest asset in that situation.
What's the point of an open door policy if inside the open door sits a closed mind?

That guy sounded cool as a cucumber, and even checked in with pertinent info. Pretty dang cool.

On a related note, one of the female Caravan pilots I used to work with (pretty, young, and fun) died last month, as well as one of the young lady helicopter pilots. Makes me pretty sad when I realize I'll never talk to them on the radio again. RIP.
