Hi there - going to Europe next week and trying to enter information into a passenger locator form.

It's not taking my phone number (U.S.) at all.

Any help?
Thanks.

I know it sounds snotty, but did you add the +1?
What's the point of an open door policy if inside the open door sits a closed mind?

Bring up the page source for the form you're having trouble with, you can easily work out the error from there. It probably is to do with the international code and whether or not you drop the first digit.
A million great ideas...

Yes, I did all that. It seemed odd because 5 others in my travel party did it without any problems - then for me - it simply did not work at all.

At the end of the day, I wasn't alone. The airport agents were *very* friendly about it explaining the + symbol wasn't reading for a number of passengers and they essentially did it for us at check-in.

Then to make it even better, the airline made us all fill it out manually on the flight anyway.

All is well though, for the most part, fortunately! :0

Thanks all.
