Everything that is sub-orbital or beyond.

Have you heard about a special type of microsatellites that can observe environmental changes like sea level or melting of glaciers? With the help of that technology, scientists can approach the solution how to fight against global warming.

Not heard of micro satellites but there was a plan some years ago (mid to late nineties, can't remember the exact year) where satellites with huge folding foil canopies would be sent into orbit to create eclipses that would reduce earth's UV exposure and cool the planet down. Sounds mad but the science behind it is pretty credible and has been proven on a small scale.
A million great ideas...

Or can we create similar satellites to catch all the junk we've left up there and clean it up some?

I feel like we've had this conversation before a long time ago in a forum far, far away. Or maybe it's just a glitch in the matrix?

This has all happened before.

And will all happen again.

Personally, I hear such thing for the first time. I`ve heard about special type of sateliites that is Monitoring the Sun’s Activity to Predict the Sun’s Influence on Earth’s Climate The Earth’s climate is heavily affected by the amount of energy radiated onto Earth by the sun. The amount of radiation from the sun influencing Earth and the way in which this radiation is distributed across the various seasons and latitudes around the Earth, is directly influenced by changes in solar activity. Most scientists consider satellite technology the most effective way to fight against this issue
