Jett Clipper Ella, aka N707JT, is headed to a retirement gig in Australia. Travolta is donating it to a museum there.

At Shellharbour Airport, Travolta reflected on why he was donating his Boeing 707 to HARS.

"This plane [the Connie] is part of my aviation history and you're the only people in the world keeping it alive. I used to own one years ago," he said.

"This is a museum that keeps aircraft flying. Static pieces are nice but they're not as exciting as keeping an important historical aircraft flying."
