Who here has flown the A220 and what are your experiences?

I've yet to nab one.

They're commonly used on the DL MSP-AUS route. I'm scheduled for E175's both ways on that route in a couple of weeks, but they've been known to swap out for A220's at the last minute. Fingers crossed.

Flew on Air Baltic YL-CSE RIX-FRA

Was very comfortable, enough legroom and big windows. I like the 2-3 seat layout.

Flew on Swiss HB-JCA to Zurich in 2018- very quiet, spacious cabin

I've been trying so score one but zero luck so far. Hope you get a swap.

Paul and Yokes, do you find them much better than E17/9s? I've had people tell me that they're amazing. I like the Embraer product much better than A31x/B73x and better than CRx.

Also the new Canadian bird... {bugeye}

A fantastic plane. Love it.

I'm surprised it hasn't been in higher order.

Compared to the E17/9s its the more modern aircraft. You can feel that. More spacious and especially the windows are bigger. CanĀ“t say if its quiter, maybe a bit. Will be interesting to see how it will perform vs the E2.

I have yet to fly the A220, but from what I've read, this aircraft seems to have some formidable capabilities. I wouldn't be surprised if the A220 is the go-to choice for A319 replacements.
Look, it's been swell, but the swelling's gone down.

Very similar - both the A220 (Swissair) and E170 (Delta) were fairly new so still had the showroom look. Both were comfy but the A220 had bigger windows.Noise levels were fine in both but i was sat ahead on the engines on A220 and behind them on E170
