Russian Government Bank Funds SSJ100 Shipments to Aeroflot
An initial batch of five Sukhoi SSJ100 airliners has been shipped to Russia's state-backed Vnesheconombank (VEB) for subsequent delivery to flagcarrier Aeroflot. The deliveries were made during the last week of December and form part of a 100-aircraft order placed by Aeroflot with the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Corp (SCAC) back in September 2018.

On New Year’s Day, a HOP! Air France Bombardier CRJ-1000 was forced to divert to Lyon following a loss of cabin pressure.
Popular airline incident website the Aviation Herald has reported that HOP! Air France flight number flight AF-1360 from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) to Nantes Atlantique Airport (NTE) was forced to divert to Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS).

Security Concerns Behind Baghdad Flight Suspensions

F-35 Deliveries Exceed 2019 Target
Lockheed Martin delivered the 134th and last F-35 of 2019 on December 30. The number exceeded by three aircraft the joint industry/government goal set for the year of 131. It is the third successive year that the program has met its delivery targets as the industrial effort ramps up its annual production rate.
