That should be fixed. NTP client (synchronises time with an upstream server) was not running for some reason.

Server time is all done in UTC, with phpBB applying a time zone correction (specified per-user under User Control Panel > Board Preferences) to show the "correct" "local" time.
My friend and I applied for airline jobs in Australia, but they didn't Qantas.
