What are your non-av hobbies?
I like rockhounding a bunch and am learning to process certain rocks into better stones.
I'm also getting into telemark skiing and backpack and snowshoe about 300-400 miles/year! Sacrifice a lot of sleep, but it's worth it.

I collect coins. I buy certified coins as investments, but I really get my jollies by collecting coins from circulation. I've been collecting since 1966 and since then, have been looking intensely for two Jefferson nickels. They are both key dates/mints. The 1939-D and 1950-D nickels are hard to find and worth a few bucks. Well, I found a 1950-D (in nice shape) a couple of months ago and just found a 1939-D tonight... 51 years after starting to look for them.

That is cool, Mark. I remember finding wheat pennies (are they a thing?) in my childhood, but I've never really learned enough about this.

I like to take photos of things other than aviation, particularly landscapes and wildlife. Haven't done much of late given my frustrations getting my new photo editing computer to deliver the results I'm after.
