Saw the ISS both yesterday and today, both times completely randomly.
Yesterday was walking the dogs around 6:15 PM, and it was heading south to north, passing overhead right near 90 degrees.
This evening I had just gotten home at about 5:15 PM, and it was heading south to north again, this time peaking about 45 degrees over the eastern horizon.
Both times it was unbelievably bright - nearly as bright as Venus, which has been hanging out in the southern sky in the evenings. One tends to forget how stupidly bright the ISS is.
