I counted 38 more SpaceX launches before January 1, 2024. Did I count them correctly?

Probably. And if the FAA gets off their duff, you can add one more in the second attempt at the SpaceX heavy in Texas.
What's the point of an open door policy if inside the open door sits a closed mind?

As of this morning, the second SpaceX Starship/Super Heavy prototype launch will occur on November 17th between 0700 and 0939 CST.

The Starship is planned to fly eastbound from Texas to Hawaii, where it will splash down 100 km off the northwest coast of Kauai, Hawaii. The booster will splash down in the Gulf of Mexico and will not be recovered.
