EADS North America, is showing increased confidence.
EADS announced this week that it is moving ahead with plans to begin the bid process for a tanker plant in Mobile, Ala. "The Air Force has had to wait far too long for a new tanker, and the 48,000 Americans who will build the

EADS North America Chairman Ralph Crosby Jr. "If our tanker is selected by the Air Force, we are well positioned to hit the ground running on day one."
