And let's get one thing straight. There's a big difference between a pilot and an aviator. One is a technician; the other is an artist in love with flight. — E. B. Jeppesen

Oh yeah, let's go out on a low-to-medium altitude observation mission!

"No need for two engines", they said.

"No need for armor", they said.
Slider... <sniff, sniff>... you stink.

Surely this type of design is redundant due to the advancements in UAV technology? What's the point in risking two personnel to do a job that can be done from the comfort of a control room at far lower cost and risk to life?
A million great ideas...

The UAV doesn't work in the close-in air support role. I think this is a novel concept, but not for the role they are going to propose for it.

The original Bronco is a fascinating aircraft, it can use a revamp, new engines, new avionics, new weapon systems. Just like the adage: "What is going to replace the A-10?"

Easy, "Another A-10!"

Just wish someone could get the licensing to build new copies of the original OV-10
