There was a cartoon pinned in the control tower at the airport where I worked. It showed the Wright brothers in front of their Flyer:

"Well, that works just great, Orville, let's build another one!"

"Hell no! If we do that, some asshole will invent Air Traffic Control!"
My friend and I applied for airline jobs in Australia, but they didn't Qantas.
