Russian Su-30 fighter jet reportedly shot down by friendly fire
During an exercise on September 22, 2020, a Russian Su-30 fighter jet was shot down by another aircraft. Both pilots successfully managed to eject.
A day after the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that one of its Su-30 fighter jets crashed, media reports say that the aircraft was in fact brought down by friendly fire.

Air Force Two forced to turn around after hitting bird [Video]
Air Force Two, the plane carrying United States Vice President Mike Pence, was forced to turn around after suffering a bird strike.
The vice president was returning to Washington, DC. from a campaign event at an airport hangar in nearby Gilford, New Hampshire. The incident took place seconds after takeoff as the aircraft was climbing out from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT). A flock of birds hit the right-hand engine of the Boeing C-32A (a modified 757), producing sparks and smoke.

Airport technician dies after lightning strike at Hanoi airport
An aircraft technician, injured by a lightning strike at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), died on the way to the hospital.
The tragedy occurred while the man was checking an aircraft preparing to depart for Vinh International Airport (VII) on the early morning of September 22, 2020.

Azur Boeing 767 Suffers Tail Strike Landing In Moscow
An Azur Air 767 suffered a tail strike while landing in Moscow’s Vnukovo airport on Tuesday. The flight had 336 passengers and 10 crew onboard and safely taxied to the apron after the incident. The plane reportedly struck the runway for over 100m, causing damage to the aft fuselage.
