I don't know how to say this there Shy but...this is normal up 'round these parts.

The year I graduated high school...End of May...Monday it was snowing. Grad Practice on Thursday it was 70 F and all the girlies were in tank tops and shorts...they all fried themselves and were in agony during the actual grad ceremony the next night (Friday)...being it was 80 F at 7 PM still.

We experienced the coldest last week of April in recorded history. I personally saw -8.3c during a brief visit to the Derbyshire peaks and even the typically temperate Fylde coast saw -2c.

Bet none of that makes the news....

It's the 1st of June. And it's snowing {bored}
My friend and I applied for airline jobs in Australia, but they didn't Qantas.

It's 74 degrees and sunny. Depending on the trainee, a slight chance of aluminum showers.

APA is reporting a temperature of 79F. There's just enough of a breeze to provide the requisite relief. It's a wonderful day.

I'm inside doing laundry. {vsad}

Today's weather could accurately be described as 'British Summer'.

IE cool, wet and cloudy.
There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway.

You as well? {crazy}

The day the buses here went onto the summer timetable, it snowed. (Summer timetable is two months, the rest of the year is the winter timetable. Tells you all you need to know!) Right now, it's above zero but it's raining. Basically, Britain without any night.

They just re-opened a ski resort in Lapland, because the snow not only hasn't melted but is expected to keep coming down for another week...

June in Finnish is Kesäkuu. Summermonth. The clue's in the name, damn it!

Rain. Heavy rain, which we've had for about thirty-eight hours and which, coupled with winds of 40mph plus, is forecast to continue until pretty much lunchtime tomorrow.

Flaming June??? {boggled}

Highs in the 90's this weekend. It's finally summertime in Wisconsin. And six months from now, we'll be talking about highs in the -10's.

Very cold! Yesterday was the coldest August day in the UK in recorded history with a mean temperature just below 13C and over 50% of the country seeing sub 10C at some point. It's currently 9.7C here with another severe weather warning just being issued for yet more heavy rain {bored}

Stay safe. You aren't in the Corpus Christi or Houston area are you?

A number of weeks ago I was thinking very seriously about a trip to Houston for this coming weekend. Kinda just a little bit glad it didn't come off.

Oh FFS.....HKG is expecting its third Typhoon (currently Tropical Depression Mawar [18W]) over the weekend and I will just manage to get away before it is closest to HKG on Saturday morning - however, there is another Typhoon (Sanvu [17W]) heading towards Japan (guess who is transiting through NRT....) on our way to.......the Caribbean!

The weather gods have it in for me {bugeye}
Lovin' the smell of avgas in the morning....
