I'm missing it - you got more back from Walker's gubmint than from Obama's. {boggled}

Yep. Wisconsin refunds are always higher because they take out way more in payroll tax than necessary. This is a common thing, I hear.

There is no problem, other than the fact that Walker is my governor.

Drinking a beer and watching a LAN aircraft depart. I'd imagine most people would b1tch and moan about having so much noise in their hotel room at 10:20pm {laugh}

Had a mammoth total of 2 hours' sleep last night; brain is totally fizzed. I can't decide whether it's because of work or the distinct lack of jet noise in my life...

Lately I've been waking up about an hour and half before I'm supposed to wake up, so I doze off again and have all sorts of weird dreams (and end up oversleeping most of the time {bored} ). Anyway, the last couple of days I've been dreaming about a friend I haven't talked to in some time... guess it's time to shoot him an email!

They shut down the 405 today due to an ugly accident. Took me 2.5 hours to get to school--trip normally takes me about half an hour. Needless to say, I was late and angry.

On the way back? They shut down the 101. {mad} {banghead}

Today has been hell. {facepalm}

That's nice... wish I could say the same. At least, when there isn't some major accident, it takes very little time to get to the deep valley as it's against traffic. When something goes awry, however... all hell breaks loose (in the form of stopped traffic.)

Interesting video:

And let's get one thing straight. There's a big difference between a pilot and an aviator. One is a technician; the other is an artist in love with flight. — E. B. Jeppesen

It's Monday, so I have no spare brain ooomph to keep the herd from punning away so...have fun. :))

Methane gas from 90 flatulent cows exploded in a German farm shed on Monday, damaging the roof and injuring one of the animals, police said.

High levels of the gas had built up in the structure in the central German town of Rasdorf, then "a static electric charge caused the gas to explode with flashes of flames," the force said in a statement.

One cow was treated for burns, a police spokesman added.

All I did was tell a hospital coworker that I had a killer chili recipe. Two days later, the higher-ups announce an interdepartmental chili cook off. So guess who was volunteered to make my unit's entry. I'll be making ORFflyer's chili. At least the nurses are taking up a collection to pay for the ingredients.

I see your farting cows and present unto you, a farting deer:

It's been dubbed, probably because the original footage didn't have any sound, but it's still funny.

I've lost the key to my bike lock and, naturally, Woman has long since lost the spare I gave her for safe keeping. Of course, I bought the beefiest baddest lock and chain I could find, which just grins at my hacksaw.

I think I'll be smuggling some liquid nitrogen home from work.
My friend and I applied for airline jobs in Australia, but they didn't Qantas.

A love song is the last thing I need, or want right now, let alone two. I don't care if they're free. Might as well kick me in the nuts while they're at it. {grumpy}

Dude, you never know when you'll end up in luuuuv <3, I mean I never thought I'd be this head-over-heels for Jennifer Lawrence. Who knows, you could be popping the big question to Andrea Riseborough tomorrow.

And honestly, I'm a hypocrite. Skinny guy looking for a girl with cushion, how sad is that? :))

My faith in "that" has been very severely damaged. It ain't gonna happen anytime soon.

Considering I had go to Google to find out who she is, I think not.

Ice fishing is a big sport up here. So is drinking. So, there's a bar on a frozen lake in Minnesota.
