Wasn't even airborne for three minutes. Goes to show you how critical the tail boom is. The flight medic died, the pilots got out (climbed down the roof).

Yikes. Sad that they didn't have a place to put it down under them. (Or even more depressing if they just didn't do it because they didn't realize how serious the problem was.)
