Best source I have is this.

Saw several articles in the news and most referred to this source.

What's going on here? I have an AA flight to PHX again and I'm on a Mesa bird, in May . . . . guess I better relook that.

I don't know enough to make an informed comment. Just sharing the news I saw today.

Wonder how this will work for our phx route. Currently all CR7s.

Towards the bottom of the story it says AA will focus its regional flying on Skywest, Envoy, and PSA airlines. I would assume your flight in May will be on one of those carriers.
What's the point of an open door policy if inside the open door sits a closed mind?

It will be Envoy through DFW . . . I won't go thru CLT because a) CLT is a clusterf*#k of epic proportions and b) it's on a 145 with Piedmont. Nothing against Piedmont, just that Metroliner Cigar Tube disguised as a jet aircraft.
