An Ethiopian Boeing 777F has caught first at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The aircraft had flown in from Brussels overnight, touching down in China this morning. The cause of the fire is not yet known, but nobody is thought to be hurt.

Nobody got hurt. That could have been a lot uglier if it had happened at FL390.

Strangely enough, the aircraft was coming from LGG... where a fire destroyed a building yesterday.
New airlines, new routes, new countries... back in the air

A contact on LinkedIn claims the cause of the fire was an mis- / undeclared shipment of batteries.
