Well, if you liked Lufthansa's new look, you'll probably like this one:



I like the silvery engine nacelles and the SAS on the forward fuselage, but...that's it. The rest is "let's pay a lot of money to an image consultant to be sold blandness."

That's it? That's what all the fuss was about?

I was really hoping they would bring back the viking longboat in some iteration. I do however like the forward silver logo. It's a novel approach to billboard titles. I also like the new representation of the flags into a continuous bar. The previous version of small squares looked odd.

It'll do . . . . typical Euro-White. The logo on the front of the fuselage is doable. The tail, not so much. Pretty non-descript livery altogether . . .

Engines nice, SAS title nice, tail is Lufty.

I really like it as a refinement of an existing brand.

If you ignore the fact that there's no white on it at all. It's silver and blue on grey.

If you remember that I'm color blind, you'll be fine.

I quite like it - but its one of those that could look very different depending on weather and lighting. I imagine it'll look great in the golden hour especially; but on a grey, cloudy day will be a bit washed out.

I never knew why the orange was in the current livery, but it certainly added some excitement that this sorely lacks.

I finally saw this in the metal today. In the gloom of a typical Danish December day, it is deeply underwhelming. Even more so than the old one. The orange definitely helped.

Honestly, the billboard silver titles didn't show up, at all.
