I thought rather than have a seperate thread for minor incidents, we could have a thread which is updated daily, showing any incidents from the day before. Usually a good source for this sort of info is AvHerald. If you think this isn't worthwhile, then feel free to delete the thread ;)

So from yesterday (25th July):

The women next to me on my Croatia Airlines flight from Zagreb on friday had a seat-back tray/table that was broken. Does that count? :)

You should lay off the non-descript Croat shots you've been downing for the last few days ;)

In the mildly incident-related category, the RAF postponed a training exercise involving Hawks and Typhoons and BLK today to allow the air ambulance un-restricted access to a particularly nasty RTA in the South of the county, which was very nice of them {thumbsup}

The scale of incident depends greatly on the volatility of said woman {boxed}

Figured it was something like that; they don't look overly bothered by it. :)

So would they drain the tank as part of the recovery operation to reduce weight, or is there some other reason? (I guess you wouldn't want to do that in winter and have it turn into a sheet of ice underneath.)
